Pretty good recipe- I'm going to add a bit more spice next time but it is quite delicious!!

This was great! I did modify it...used pureed pineapple b/c I only had whole pineapple on hand. Also I used Dijon mustard instead of honey mustard and added chopped jalapenos and hot sauce. The result was a thick topping, almost like a fruit salsa. Also wrapped the chops in bacon for extra flavor. Something different and tasty!

My husband made these last week. He subbed a couple of things (I forget what he said), but they were great. Thanks so much for the fun pork chop recipe!

Really didn't like this recipe. The part that didn't work for me was the pineapple juice reduction. You probably have to reduce this sauce by at least half to produce a sauce that could add any discernible flavor to the chops - I didn't have that much time because the chops would have dried out, so I reduced it as far as I could, poured it over, and what I got was a very dilute sauce that didn't add much to the overall flavor of the chops. It was definitely disappointing.

My family LOVES this recipe. The pork chops are so tender and moist, absolutely delectable! And the sauce is amazing, love the salty/sweet contrast. Will continue to make this recipe because I can't get enough!

I did not feel that the ingredients meshed well with each other. I did not like the taste at all.

My fiance could not stop talking about these pork chops. They came out deliciously tender and flavorful! Not your ordinary pork chops, for sure! They were super easy to prepare and I will definitely make them again, but might try a prepared honey mustard dressing or something to make it even easier. Thanks for the recipe!

Everything was ecellent the only thing that i added was some cornstarch to thicken up the sauce a bit and it came out fantastic.

Made this recipe tonight for dinner. I didn't have honey mustard, so I mixed 1 TBS of honey and one TBS of mustard. Served with Honey Mustard Carrots from this site. Chops were tender and pineapple sauce was really tasty! I wish it was a little thicker so it would stick to the chops.

Made this for my family. My onions had seen better times, so I had to exclude them. I was too tired to bake the chops, so I kept them in the frying pan. Didn't have pineapple so I had to use pineapple-papaya jam. Omitted the brown sugar because the jam had sugar, but added 1T honey and 1T brown mustard. The pork chops were so tender and moist and the sauce was a perfect topping. The preparation was easy and quick and I could see a fine restaurant serving this dish.

I didn't have any flour so I lightly seasoned the chops and browned them the way they were. Everything else I did according to the recipe. I have to say, I think these were the BEST chops I have ever eaten! They came out very moist and full of flavor. They were excellent. The first bite and I was hooked. I will definitely be using this recipe again. Thank you so much for sharing it.
