Loved this I have always frowned on Ham loaf never thought I would even think of making something like this! This was delicous, so much that I finally decided to rate it and post something about it! The whole family loved it I did make a few changes I added minced onions and a jalepeno pepper and instead of using milk I used the juice from my Thanksgiving ham and instead of pork I used venison sausage! I did double the sauce as I read some said that it needed it and I only had a 20oz can of pineapple and did not want to save it for something else. I did not need to double it and when I make this again I will not double it no need too! I will find a recipe for the rest of the pineapple!! Again this was really good Thanks for sharing it!~

This was delicious. I am not a Ham Loaf lover. My husband bought one and I didn't know what to do with it. I found this recipe and he ate half of a 1 1/2 pound loaf!!! I tried it after he devoured it. It was very good! Thanks Doris!

I had to use the Town House Flipside crackers (half cracker, half pretzel) as that was all I had on hand at the time. This recipe didn't specify a vinegar and all I had was balsamic. I thought it would be too strong, so used less than the 1/3 cup. It worked very well. It came out perfectly delicious. It was a HUGE hit and I will definitely be making it again!
