I LOVE pineapple, and I was a little disappointed that I could hardly taste the flavor of it in this cookie. Next time I will add more pineapple than the recipe calls for and see how it turns out. My dough was very crumbly after adding the dry ingredients, so I added some water to make it workable. Also, watch the amount of cherry juice that ends up in your dough, or you might have pink cookies! Overall, I enjoyed this cookie and will make it again.

These are very good they are light and airy cake type cookie they are not real sweet like some they have great flavor! now i sit listen to my ocean cd with a plate full and a large glass of milk and relaxe thinking back when i use to get these as a after school snack so many yrs ago!!!!!
