I fixed this punch for the office party and everyone loved it. I froze the crushed pineapple in a silicone bundt cake pan. It came out very easily and looked very pretty in the bowl. I am getting ready to make this punch again this year.

I liked the flavor of the pineapple, but I didn't care for the "chewing" my punch as there was too much pineapple left in my glass. It's not something that I would make again.

This is a wonderful and simple punch recipe!!! It was a HUGE hit at a recent holiday party I had. I did use a 2 liter bottle of gingerale, and it was lovely. I had many compliments on this punch and will DEFINITELY make it again. You can't go wrong with the pineapple juice-gingerale combination. I will probably try a different juice for different seasons in place of the cranberry juice.
