This is the same recipe my family has used for years. It is a "must have". It's very light, sweet and the perfect side dish with ham. This dish is always part of our yearly Christmas dinner.

I made this for a church potluck, but I followed another reviewer's advice and only used half the butter required in the original recipe. I also sprinkled with cinnamon after baking. It was a big hit!

Very easy. This was my fist casserole and it turned out great. I added cinnamon and sugar over the top after it came out of the oven.

I received this recipe from my girlfriend who makes it every year for their Luau. She reduces the butter to 1/2 cup, and it's still fabulous. YUM! thanks for sharing.

I will for sure be serving this at our Holiday dinners alongside some Ham. My Husband loved this! Me too, but it is really sweet my son not being a big sweets fan could only eat a couple of bites.

this recipe was so greasy. i had to drain the grease and broil it for an extra 10 minutes so that it was somewhat edible. also, the flavors weren't very good at all.

I made this to go with Thanksgiving Dinner and with the other 7 dishs I was making I actually misread and did not put ANY eggs in the mix... SO an accidental variation to this one is leave the eggs out, and your done. I reduced the cooking time by very little but just keep an eye on it. The Pineapples and sugar were carmelized and delicous. Out of the 8 people I had over for dinner, ALL of them LOVED IT!

I'm sorry that I really didn't care for this recipe. It was WAY too greasy for us. I cut the butter by half and sprinkled cinnamon on it the last time I made it. Then it did do better.
