I found this recipe very easy and quite tasty. I gave the recipe to my mom, who is a great cook. She took it too a senior's luncheon and lots of the ladies asked for the recipe!

I LOVE THIS RECIPE!! WHy is that so amazing? I have hated beets since I was a small child but they are my husband'f absolute favorite!! So I made them as an anniversary dinner. He absolutely RAVED over them and I ate them too. I will make this a regular on our table.

I thought this recipe made an excellent side dish with roasted chicken. I have no idea what the 'tins' problem was; clear and concise directions. Thanks for submitting, as I'm always looking for ways to sneak new dishes onto the table and have my family like them!
