I thought this tasted pretty good. It kind of reminded me of a pineapple version of an orange julius. It had the same texture. I used all the ingredients, but made a mock buttermilk. I couldn't help myself, and added about 6 ice cubes after tasting it. I just like my fruit drinks extra cold.

Good! Welcomed changed from the regular berry smothies! Didnt' have buttermilk so I substituded with skim milk + 1 Tblsp. of vinegar, 1/2tsp of coconut extract and didn't use the honey since we were topping it with whipped cream. Thanks. Elvira Silva.

This was really good. I have never tried buttemilk in a smoothie, but use it alot in baking so I always have some on hand. I added a few tablespoons of oatmeal for more creaminess and an exta boost of nutrition. I left out the sugar, but didn't miss it at all, and found I had to add a bit more coconut extract to find it's added flavor.

I drained the pineapples and used coconut milk instead of the coconut essence. Taste great though. I added some ice cubes to it too. Great for summer!
