INGREDIENTS

  • 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 medium firm banana, quartered
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon coconut extract

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into glasses; serve immediately.
