"This smooth summertime dip is great with strawberries and bananas, and may be prepared with or without strawberry daiquiri."

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 6 tablespoons pina colada mix
  • 2 tablespoons light rum
  • 2 tablespoons frozen strawberry daiquiri mixer

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, whip together cream cheese, sugar, pina colada mix, rum and strawberry daiquiri. Chill in the refrigerator at least 3 hours before serving.
