A wonderful, quick potato salad. Prepared it as written, except used red potatoes with the skin left on. Great flavor with the mustard and the pimientos. Will definately make again.

Very good! I used what I had on hand, which meant no bacon, and mild chopped green chilis instead of the pimientos. I tripled the recipe, and it disappeared fast. I will definitely make it again.

This is a great alternative to traditional potato salad. It has been a huge hit in my family. I buy chopped onion in the freezer section and boil it for the last five minutes in with the potatoes for a milder onion flavor.

I was looking for a different kind of potato salad and this was perfect, especially as I had a bagful of pimentos. Also the method of doing this salad made mixing easy and all the ingredients got really well blended. This was full of flavour and my family loved it.

Very good basic recipe. Added dill for personal taste and turned out excellent. Also used smart balance mayo w/dijon mustard and the flavor is great while being healthier.

This salad has a really nice flavor. It's a little different then your everyday potato salad, but the change is nice. It goes nicely with barbeque.
