My family loves this recipe. You can put pico de gallo on anything and make it tast wonderful. We make it now instead of salsa. It doesn't fall off the chip or squish out of a fajita like salsa does.

I made this recipe for a family dinner and got the best compliments. I have made it because it is low fat and goes with anything. It is just a great side dish.

This recipe is excellent!! You can add more jalapeno if it's not hot enough, and reduce the onion content if you are not too thrilled about the onions. We will definitely be serving this with many Mexican dishes in my house.Thanks for the great recipe!!

Very good!! Next time I'll throw in more jalapeno. This recipe produced a very mild pico de gallo. Can't wait to try it with homegrown veggies!

Definitely use fresh garlic! If you don't like the crunch of the onion add a little oil to the onions to soften.

Great to keep on hand all the time. I used fresh garlic and also added quite a bit of jalepeno pepper just because we like a lot of spice. Thanks for the recipe Paula!

My husband loves this!! I'm not a huge onion fan, so I mix it with bottled salsa to tone it down a little. It's also good on hash browns, baked potatoes or scrambled eggs - you'll find lots of uses for it! It tends to get stronger after a few days and doesn't have a great shelf-life, so fresh is best!!
