Use the freshest asparagus for best color. These make great appetizers or garnishes. They look so pretty all 'canned up'!

It's just one of those salads that was created on a gorgeous summer evening with a bunch of stuff I had in the fridge. Grilled asparagus is tossed with spinach and parmesan cheese. My husband and I love it!

Makes even tough asparagus, tender and tasty! Try using vinaigrette dressing in place of the butter too.

Fresh asparagus is marinated in a Burgundy wine mixture for several hours, then cooked on the grill. This is a great way to enjoy the springtime harvest! Arrange the asparagus around your entree, and grill them at the same time.

My sister served this salad one night when we were dinner guests. It's very easy to prepare, and the cool tangy change from eating asparagus as a hot side dish makes one sit up and take notice. My brother-in-law gets credit for creating the unique delicious salad. -Kathy Willis, Pryor, Oklahoma

A divine side dish for almost any main dish. Asparagus sauteed in garlic butter, then finished off with a red wine and raisin sauce. Quick and easy (Isn't this what we're are all looking for?)!
