Especially for those reducing their carb intake, but even if you're not, these are really tasty without the tortillas. Great to pack in a zipper bag to take for a snack. Without the tortilla and using the right sliced ham, these can be low fat and a great source of protein!

I've tried this recipe before at a potluck at work. They were a Hit with everyone. The only thing I did different was I didn't use tortillas, just the ham cream cheese and pickles. I would do this again soon, it was budget friendly and easy to prepare.

I wasn't thrilled with this recipe the first time and they didn't all get eaten, so I 'upgraded' the next batch: I added Beau Monde spice, dried minced onion, and garlic salt to the cream cheese. I also used pastrami instead of ham. It helped to have a more pungent meat to complement the pickle. Be sure to blot pickles with paper towel beforehand, and when spreading cream cheese, extend all the way to the edges of the tortilla wrap so after slicing the roll will stay together.

I made these for Labor day. Everyone liked them. I used sliced dill pickles because that's what I had. I like the fact that it only uses four ingredients. I will make again.

Pretty good. Will dry the pickles off better next time. I do not cut them into pieces. I take them whole for lunch.

These were pretty good. I used weat totillas rather than flour. I thought it was a little difficult to spread cream cheese on the ham itself. They did turn out good, but next time I will probably make them without the tortillas all together.

We use the same recipe here too except instead of tortillas we use honey wheat bread. I'll have to try the tortillas myself. Thanks for the different option.

I loved these! Bought the ingredients planning to make these for a party, but when the party was canceled I made my self a couple and ate them as a sandwich instead of slicing them! I love this tortilla version better than the non tortilla versions. Used spreadable chive cream cheese and kosher dill spears. Can't think of anything to make them better. NUM. Must try salami next time.

These are ok. I will not make them again because there is just something that is missing in these rolls.

Made these for my sister's baby shower. I didn't use the tortillas, and also added about 1/2 pack of good seasonings italian dressing packet. Yummy!

Easy and good...used a paper towel to soak up some of the pickle juice before rolling it up in the tortilla, and used a little bit of ranch for dipping. Thanks!

Love these! I adore pickles...the more the better. I do vary when I make these with what type of meat I use as well as the tortillas.

Don't be afraid to put a nice thick layer of cream cheese on the tortilla's. I made them a bit skimpy and they didn't stick together as well. Very easy to make and they disappeared quickly.

In my family, we've been pretty much making the same thing, except without tortillas and we use salami and call it "Italian Sushi" :-)
