"Pasta is tossed in a creamy sauce with lemon zest, spinach, grape tomatoes, chopped red onions, and feta cheese--it's a perfect picnic salad for a crowd." — PHILADELPHIA Cooking Creme
Watch video tips and tricks
4 cups medium pasta shells, uncooked
1 (270 g) tub PHILADELPHIA Original Cooking Creme
1 teaspoon lemon zest
6 cups loosely packed baby spinach leaves, coarsely chopped
2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup chopped red onions
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
I added one recipe's worth of homemade greek seasoning to this recipe to add a little punch and flavor and one small de-seeded and chopped cucumber. Very good salad, even better the next day as leftovers.
