Delicious! Used farafalle (bow-tie) pasta which made for a cute presentation. It was really hot the day I decided to make this so my significant other suggested that we serve the dish cold. It was refreshing. The change I would make though is serve if I served it cold again, would be to serve the pasta, pesto, sun-dried tomatos cold and the chicken hot/war.

I made this last night for Bunco. It was outstanding. Because I needed it to be lighter, as a side, I only used one chicken breast and I diced it after it was cooked in the garlic and red pepper flakes. I used Classico's jarred Pesto, and it turned out yummy. Will definitely make this again, and may try with shrimp or scallops.

This recipe was quite good. I added lots of garlic, I believe about 10 cloves, used 4 chicken breasts, and topped it off with some kalamata olives. It was very good. 4.5 stars.

My favorite all time dish. I also have used Multi-grain pasta and it is Wonderful. The sun-dried tomatoes make it wonderful. You can also add roasted pine nuts...YUMMY!

This is one of my favorites to make... so easy, so yummy... I swear it tastes like something I would eat in a restaurant. Only modification I make is that I use wheat pasta... perfect!

Great recipe. I made the following changes: marinated chicken in italian dressing for 30 minutes; used sundried tomato pesto instead of basil pesto; added roasted red peppers

This was a winner in our house! The whole family loved it! I did use whole wheat pasta and I marinated the chicken in a little Italian dressing and Pesto Vinagrette dressing. I also did not use oil to saute the chicken, I used a tsp. of the oil from the sun dried tomatoes. I served it with a green salad and everyone was happy!

I made this and it was easy and delicious. We had company over and the presentation was beautiful. I made the pesto and omitted the garlic and pepper flakes when cooking the chicken because we had kids eating and the pepper flakes would have been too much for them, and the homemade pesto already had 3 cloves of garlic. I love garlic, but you can have too much. Everyone, from the kids to my very pick husband loved this and requested to have it again and again.

A super simple and quick recipe...plus it's healthy! Instead of using the pesto and the sundried tomatoes I used a pre-made sundried tomato pesto sauce instead. It was excellent! I also used wheat penne for the extra protien and fiber and my husband couldn't tell the difference!

This was good and pretty easy. I used dried tomatoes and soaked them in hot water before cutting. Next time I will probably add more chicken. We put parmesan on top.
