Very tasty. Like others, I sauted the chicken in the oil from the sun-dried tomatoes. Added a little bit of garlic pepper. Topped with parmesan cheese and baked for about 10 minutes. Left-overs were delish too.

I made this last night and my spouse LOVED it! All I did was take one chicken breast, cook it in a pan with olive oil and red pepper flakes. Then got linguini, cooked that. Then in a casserole dish I put my pesto in, added a bunch of parmesan cheese, some fresh garlic, threw in the pasta and chicken and baked it at 400 for about 10 mins.

Delicious and not difficult. After reading the reviews, I also added a red onion (I usually throw in onion and garlic whenever I can). I used spaghetti just because that was what was available. I also used the oil from the sundried tomato jar (as another reviewer suggested). I toasted the pine nuts before adding them at the end.

SOOOOO delicious! Even my picky boys gobbled this up! Cooked the chicken in oil from tomatoes like others, used the classico pesto sauce, YUMMM! This will definitely be a new staple in our house!

Great, quick and easy recipe. I'm not a fan of red pepper flakes, but without them it was just crying out for hearts of palm or artichoke hearts (not marinated). Will add one or the other next time.

This is delicious! Although, I do have to admit that I made it with shrimp instead of chicken. My children talked about it for a week!

This was SO easy to make and my husband really liked it. I used dry sundried tomatoes and soaked them in boiling water for a few minutes. I doubled the amount of sundried tomatoes and sauted some mushrooms along with the chicken and garlic. Good stuff!

We loved this. I used store bought pesto, but I am going to try making my own next time. Followed the other reviews and cooked the chicken in the tomato oil, added some fresh mushrooms and cooked the chicken, tomatoes, and mushrooms in the oil and some chicken broth then added it to the pasta and pesto. Mixed it all together and we loved it! My hubbie said that this was a reasturant quality meal and he would want me to serve it when we have guests over! Thank you for such a great recipe

Soo good! I used this Classico Sun-dried Tomato pesto and it turned out delicious. the chicken was a little on the bland side though... next time I will add more seasoning.

I suggest to double the amount of sun dried tomatoes, and add some adobo seasoning to the chicken before cooking. Also, add the oil from the sun dried tomatoes to the frying pan (along with the olive oil) so the chicken will be more tasty.

Very tasty; I ran out of red pepper flakes so I used chili powder. But, it turned out wonderful. The pesto was a very good hint.
