Awesome!! We Love this recipe. We were cutting calories and wrapped it in Romaine lettuce. Also red bell peppers and tomato were added. We will definately use this frequently.

I loved this recipe. I had all of the ingredients except I used a mix of Italian shredded cheeses I had in the fridge. I don't have a lot of experience with pesto, so this was a good way for me to try it. Great taste and very easy to make. Thank you !

Loved this - the only thing I would change is to leave out the cheese. For us it just did not add to the dish. Everything else about it was fantastic!

Great stuff! The only change I made was to sub pine nuts for the walnuts. Oh and one tablespoon of the oil in the pesto was walnut oil. :) No leftovers!

I modified this recipe a bit and it was deLICIOUS! So I made my homemade pesto and pounded the breasts out as in the recipe, but instead of cooking seperatly, I rolled it up, seared it and finished off in the oven, topped with extra cheese. Sauteed the mushrooms with evoo butter garlic s+p, and a little sherry. Topped the stuffed breast, it was amazing! Yum!

I thought I would really, really like this recipe becuase I love all the ingredients, but something was off with it. Couldn't put my finger on it? It was lacking a little spice maybe garlic?

We thought this was really good. The only thing I found it to be a bit salty, next time I'll either decrease or omit the salt. It was so easy to prepare for such an impressive looking meal!

OH MY GOODESS!!! This recipe was WONDERFUL! Not only does it get 5 stars for taste, it gets 5 for eye appeal. Only thing I did differently was, I used toasted pine nut instead of walnuts. Just a personal preference. Will definately be making this for company. They'll think I slaved all day, when it was actually a breeze to make.
