I made this receipe exactly as it was written and it turned out awesome! My husband (the pickiest eater, worse than a child) LOVED it. It was flavorful and easy, especially for someone who is a novice. Kudos for a tasty, easy dish!

My husband said it was restaurant quality. I love that it has only 3 ingredients! Everyone, including our teenager liked this. Definately a keeper

I made this using the "Pesto" recipes from this site and I am very, very pleased. But I adore pesto, so I may be an easy sell. Nonetheless, very tasty.

Good easy recipe. I used cheddar cheese because I had no mozzarella. Perhaps I used too much pesto, my only complaint was that it seemed a tad oily. Maybe some spinach or other green vegetable to cut the oil a bit would help.

I did the 20 min foil bake method for this recipe. The result weren't bad but not impressive. Next time I made this dish, I will add a little garlic and sun dried to add some extra flavor.

I made this dish twice last week. Once to test the recipe and then again to take over to my daughter's for her and the grandkids. Great! The only change I made was to add two slices of prosciutto on top of the pounded chicken breasts. Very, very good. This is definitely a keeper.

This was great and easy! I took other reviewers' advice and just spread pesto over the chicken breasts, topped with the cheese, baked covered for 30 minutes and uncovered for 15 mins. Came out perfect. We love pesto.

This was very good and I used a pesto sauce recipe submitted by Sal on this site. I lightened this up a little bit by using shredded part skim mozzarella cheese. I think next time I may try what other reviewers did and not roll the chicken but spread the pesto on and top with cheese. The flavor was great and the chicken stayed very moist. I served it with spaghetti and the same pesto sauce on the side, and a Caesar salad with a Caesar dressing. It all went perfectly together.

I have been trying a lot of new recipes lately. This is one that my husband wanted me to try. It came out pretty good, but I did change it a bit. I used thin sliced chicken breast. I added garlic salt and pepper. Made a pesto sauce myself and added basil. I added a thin slice of mozzarella to the top of each roll. Covered it for the first 20 minutes and removed the foil after allowing to brown. It came out really good, my husband really enjoyed it. Good recipe!

Yum, Yum, Yum!!!! Tender, moist, flavorful. I used the thin sliced chicken breast from the store stuffed and topped with extra pesto and cheese on each piece. Definitely making again, the kids ate all the leftovers!

Excellent recipe! I followed the recipe and added a few of my own ideas (and some from other raters): 1) marinated the chicken with salt, pepper, and red chili pepper, tad bit of lime sauce for 10 minutes 2) topped with easy pesto (from this site), slice of mozzarella cheese and slice of tomato 3) sprinkled with a bit of crushed red pepper and oregano 4) foil covered and baked for 20 mins + 10 mins uncovered= EXCELLENT DISH! will definitely make it again..soon!

Simply delicious, and definitely worth making your own pesto for, which I handily had in the freezer. I used shredded mozzarella rather than the slices because it was easier to roll up, and added some chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Perfectly roasted, cooked through and tender at 375 degrees, about 35 minutes.

I have to say this was one of the most easy dishes I have made to date. I cut the chicken breast in half and did not pound it(although next time I will see if it makes a difference). I then marinated the chicken with sherry, salt, pepper and McCormick's Grill Mates® Lemon Pepper with Herbs Seasoning. I let it marinade for half an hour. Then I prepared as noted and sprinkled mozzerella cheese on top f the chicken with some garlic. I also followed what other users said in baking the chicken coverered for 20 minutes and then uncovering for 10-15 minutes. Make sure you have the tooth picks! As a side dish I used the Lemon Pepper Pasta recipe on this site(also recommended by other users) but doubled the recipe/sauce only. It was a nice, light combination with this chicken. All in all, my husband and his son loved it and said it was better than what we had for dinner at the restaurant we went to the night before. Divine! Will make again and again.
