  1. Blend almond milk and kefir together in a blender; add kale, spinach, and Swiss chard. Blend until smooth and the mixture reaches the 4 cup mark. Add persimmons, bananas, avocado, chia seeds, and honey; puree until smooth.

Persimmons were 3/$1 so I got more than I needed for the cookies. This sounded great, but I used spinach and kale, 1/2 banana and flax seeds. I didn't want too much of a banana taste. Very tasty, creamy and could be varied many ways...
