Directions

  1. In a large saucepan, mix together apple cider vinegar, margarine, cayenne pepper, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour.

This was nicely tangy and different, it really cooked down and reduced well. I would use this again.

I did not care for this. Will try to thicken it with corn startch or flour.

Awesome recipe for basic BBQ Sauce, you can add whatever you like, I like to add crushed red peppers, white pepper and cayenne pepper for a bang

I did not care for this recipe...it was just vinegar. My whole house smelled like vinegar.
