Oh wow!! This is the ONLY pumpkin pie recipe I use! I had never tried pumpkin pie before, so I decided to try this recipe. I used another person's suggestion and used 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice and 2 tsp cinnamon, but that's all I changed. I place a baking sheet in the oven while it's preheating, so by the time I place the pie on the sheet, it's hot enough to cook the bottom of the crust evenly. This is absolutely delicious!!
