Original Recipe Yield 1 cocktail
 

Ingredients

  • 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger pear brandy
  • 1/2 fluid ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 fluid ounce simple syrup
  • 1 fluid ounce pear nectar

Directions

  1. Pour the brandy, lemon juice, simple syrup, and pear nectar into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover, and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into a chilled martini glass to serve.
