This pie filling was delicious, though I actually used a different recipe for the crust. I added a little extra lemon juice, as well as a 1/4 tsp. of ground cloves, and the flavor was wonderful. The only thing I wished that this recipe had mentioned was to wait for 15-20 minutes before cutting the pie; it needs to cool a little before being cut to avoid it being soupy.
