This is the first time I have used mushroom soup in scalloped potatoes. It was better than I expected. Gave it a very creamy texture. I have made these several times now. I add garlic and onion. Sometimes diced ham to make it a whole meal.

Made this recipe last night and was very good. In each layer I added a little cheddar cheese and then put cheddar on top. Everyone at my house loved it. Will definitly make this again.

this is so great. a few years ago i coppied this recipe out of the magazine, and lost it. this is a really good version of scalloped potatoes. no need to change anything about it. i'm so glad i found it again.
