Fun to make, although the whole thing was kind of dry, maybe we needed more sauce.

These were fun to make (my 8 year old loved it) and were quick and easy as well. I took another reviewers advice and brushed the pitas with evoo and baked for several minutes while cutting up toppings. We then added black olives, mushrooms, diced onions and green peppers, pepperoni, shredded colby jack cheese, a bit of parmesan, pinch of oregano, and blue cheese sprinkles. Yummy!

Turned Out Great!! You can add any topping you want! For a crispy crust doing as others had mentioned is a good idea, add some evoo to the pita and pop it into the oven for a few minutes before adding your toppings! :)

This was super easy and my kids loved the fact that they could make their own pizza. My husband, who is a bit on the picky side, even liked it. Thanks.

Perfect for fast, delicious dinner! KIDS LOVED COOKING WITH ME! I used the low fat turkey pepperoni as suggested and it was wonderful. This is a great meal idea that took all of 7 min from start to finish! Thanks for the idea!

A+++ for being quick and easy! The perfect meal to make in a rush. I'd give it a 5 but I'm more of a thick crust girl..otherwise it's great. I kept it light and used the wheat pita, turkey pepperoni, and reduced fat cheese.

This sounded like a quick, easy and fun meal so we tried it last night...a unanimous success!! I have to admit, I didn't really follow the recipe exactly, just the concept, but the pizzas were delicious and the kids had a lot of fun. We brushed ours with extra virgin olive oil first, before adding our toppings (did not pre-bake). I just set out all of the following toppings and let everyone add what they wanted: Ragu pizza sauce, pepporoni, ham, fresh mushrooms, fresh basil, roma tomatoes, spinach, mozarella cheese & oregano. Obviously, the sky is the limit. We decided this would be fun at a sleep over or party. We will definitely be doing this again and again. If you like a crispy crust, I do think I would pre-bake the pitas just briefly as others suggested. Thanks for the fantastic meal idea!

I absolutly loved this! I omitted the mushrooms and just made a pepperoni pizza. I made homemade pizza sauce (1 can tomato paste, water, oregano, and garlic salt to taste) and it was so quick and great for a lunch break!

This is a great idea!! I needed a QUICK meal the last week of school and this worked great! The kids love the "personal" size and they can put whatever they want on it - I love not making dough!! I sprayed each pita on both sides with cooking spray and put them in the oven to crisp before topping...we used mini pepperoni, veggies and lots of cheese. This will definitely be a staple in our house!!
