I made this without the mushrooms & olives. Mixed in a bit of chopped pepperoni and cheese with the noodles before adding the cheese & pepperoni topping. As others have said, I would use more sauce. Think I may have close to doubled the sauce required. Made this for 100 teenagers and was told it was the best meal they'd ever had! Had many parents asking for this recipe afterwards.

I made homemade pizza sauce and used mini pepperoni. The boys (as in husband and two kids) thought this was great. I liked it because it was really easy. Next time, I'd like to add more vegetables.

did not use mushrooms or olives but threw in some onion, bell peppers, and chopped spinach. cut back a little bit on the pizza sauce because it seemed too wet. used less cheese but that was just because not everyone at our table likes cheese so we were able to add our own.

Another good family dinner. Did not use the mushrooms (didn't have any), or the olives (don't like them). I also found mini pepperoni at the store that worked really well in this recipe. The kids really liked this.

tried this recipe tonight, every one loved it. I just made one adjustment instead of using 2 1/4 cup of sauce I used 4, just to give it that extra saucy taste.

I thought this was very good but agree with others about adding more sauce. I used 2 jars of store bought pizza sauce and almost could have used more. I also added onions and will add italian sausage and green peppers next time. My husband really liked it as well.

Very easy and tasted really good. I forgot to add the rest of the pizza sauce ontop so it was a little dry but we just heated up the sauce and added it once I realized it and it turned out great. Definitely something I will make again!

When my friends made this the omitted the vegetables so it was kinda of like a pepperoni pizza bake! It was delicious, and everyone at dinner loved it! Next time when I make it, I'll add in some onions, mushrooms and green peppers!
