Delicious! And I managed to forget the melted margarine in the microwave, but even with this unintended modification, these were light and tasty! Definitely a family hit.

I had some leftover pepperoni, and this was a great way to use it up! Like another reviewer, I also didn't have any Italian seasoning, but added parsley, oregano, and basil, and that worked out great! I baked mine at 350 (I have a finicky oven) for about 18 minutes, and they were perfect! Thanks!

These are yummier than the Red Lobster cheese biscuits. I brushed the fresh baked biscuits with melted butter when they came out of the oven--scrumptious. A definite keeper!

I made these to go with an Italian dish my husband was making, and I think these were actually the best part of the meal!! (not that I'm biased or anything...) Followed the directions exactly, and they came out perfect! Thanks for a great recipe that our family is sure to enjoy many more times!

We all loved these! I omitted the italian seasoning (didn't have any), put in a little parsley, and used garlic salt instead of garlic powder... watch them, I didn't need to bake them for the whole time the recipe said. These make biscuit mix taste great! :) (I normally hate the stuff!)

Yep, these are amazing and sooo easy to make. I served them as a main dish though, they would be better with spaghetti! Thanks a bunch.

Not bad. A little too pepperoni-y in my opinion, but if you love pepperoni use all that is called for. I chopped my pepperoni in the food processor bc it was easier and I'm a lazy cook! I used the Easy Biscuit Mixture on here to make the biscuit mix and since I used butter flavored shortening in it I left out the melted butter. They are very easy and quick and made a lot, even making them larger than called for. I used my medium cookie scoop to drop them onto the cookie sheet; worked well, although if you want a nicer looking biscuit you should probably cut them out. I didn't really care but mine were a bit funky shaped, even using the cookie scoop. If I had not overscooped they might've been okay. Thanks for the recipe!

I followed the recipe for the ingredients but then baked them in a muffin pan. It was a giant mess as they completely stuck to the pan. Next time I will DEFINITELY grease the pan first - the instructions say ungreased, but it didn't work. Taste was terrific, though!

These were great. Instead of 3 TBS butter, I used 1 TBS light-flavoured olive oil. I doubled the cheddar (around 1-1/3 cups), and we had less pepperoni so I used what we had (around 30 pieces of pizza-style pepperoni). I also added around 1/3 can of chopped black olives. They did taste a lot like pizza, which is what I was looking for! :) One batch made 12 good-sized biscuits for me, and I baked them at 375 for 18 minutes. Perfect! Thanks for sharing, Sandra!
