Good and easy to make. I've made it twice. The first time following the recipe exactly and the second time I used browned Italian sausage in place of the pepperoni. Very good both ways.

To push up the cheesy Italian flavor, I used 1 1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese instead of Cheddar and added 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese. Also sprayed olive oil Pam on the pan to avoid sticking. Awesome with my special seafood lasagna. Also subbed bacon pieces for pepperoni, but I will leave out the Italian seasoning next time I use bacon. Lots of great variations on this basic recipe!!

Good, easy to make and taste fairly good. They do tend to be salty from pepperoni and cheese but we all liked them. I noticed that I only needed to bake them for 12 minute. Even then, they were quite brown on the bottom.

These aren't all bad, but they need some tweaking. I cut down the recipe to make only 6 biscuits, but they came out so small. My vision of a biscuit is somewhat tall, a little fluffy and not needing to eat more than two to be satisfied. They were flat, looking more like a cookie. The flavour was good though- I added a cup of cheddar cheese to the batter, and in addition to the seasonings listed a little bit of onion salt and hot chili powder. Next time I would only halve the recipe to get 6 good-sized biscuits. Not sure how you'd stretch it to 24.

Ok, not my favorite. It makes A LOT! We have over 1/2 leftover after 7 of us eating. I used pizza seasoning instead of Italian seasoning.
