Pleasantly spicy. After reading the reviews, I made half again the amount of sauce (but did not increase the cayenne!). It was extremely very creamy. When I make it again, I may not increase the sauce to see how it goes.

Yum! We loved this recipe! Based on other reviewer's suggestions I did make some adjustments in the quantity of ingredients in order to have more sauce. I left the quantity of the pasta, mushrooms, & onion the same, but, doubled the other ingredients. I finely diced the onion instead of using large wedges. I also used a block of pepperoni instead of slices so I could do small cubes of pepperoni instead of small cuts from the slices. Really good! I will definitely make again.

Very easy to make. I added more sour cream to counteract the spicy...it was a bit much for my taste. Topped it off with a shake of parmesan cheese. Very good!

The kids were, I guess, ok with this, but my husband and I liked it. It was easy and full of flavor. It was spicy according to my standards but the sour cream kept that in check. It has a lot of the flavors of stroganoff without the beef.

This was pretty tasty, the sour cream gave it a different flavor. But I probably won't bother to make this again and just use jar sauce, it wasn’t really worth the hassle.

My boyfriend made this for as a surprise date dinner. It was SO GOOD! He left out the mushrooms, but besides that followed the recipe exactly. We now have it regularly!
