This was super easy, fast, and Yummy!! We experimented with small amounts of flavoring. We used mint and chocolate chips, then raspberry flavoring with choc. chips...yum!

I have been making these cookies for years when I found the recipe in a Taste of Home magazine. They are really pretty and festive. The textures is like a little puff of air that is a little crispy on the outside.

This was a very easy and fun recipe!I was able to make them out of things we just had sitting around the kitchen! They tasted great and I am thinking of making them for all my friends and teachers for Christmas.
