I am not generally a fudge lover, but I found this recipe about 5 years ago and everyone loves it including me. It is a little tricky - everything must be soft, but it is delicious

CAUTION! Do not use a hand-held electric blender on this recipe. I did today and it stripped the gears because the recipe is so thick. I also had to make the bottom portion of the recipe twice because I did not get the cream cheese soft enough the first time. Make sure you get it as soft as very soft (not liquid) butter. Then add the sugar VERY slowly. Just an eighth of a cup at a time. Get that mixed in with a big blender and then add an eighth more. After you have mixed in one cup, mix in the milk, chocolate and vanilla. Then add the rest of the sugar one eighth of a cup at a time until it is all in there. That was the only way I could get this recipe to work. I gave it three stars because it tastes so great but only gave it three because it is very difficult to make. Good luck!

Taste was good, but I guess my cream cheese wasn't soft enough... my bottom layer was all crumbly, but top layer turned out great with room-temperature cream cheese.

These are a bit fiddly to put together but well worth the trouble. Very creamy and the flavor combination is awesome. My daughter's favorite fudge!
