For me, this was not worth the trouble. And boy, was it ever trouble. Took all day to make, and the directions say to let the gelatin sit in the fridge for 30 minutes, which is not correct. I let it sit for an hour, and realized after putting the whole thing together that I should have let it sit for at least another hour. The gelatin didn't really set up prior to mixing in the whipped cream, so the mixture was really soupy, causing it to leak all over the place. The final product was not fluffy like described, more like, um, bouncy. The taste was all right, if you can get past the texture. My husband and I each had a small piece, and then threw the rest of it away. In my opinion, far too much prep time and effort for what you get in the end.
