This was fantastic!! My husband traditionally isn't big on anything with an Alfredo sauce....however, he had 3 servings of it! I made it for our anniversary dinner and he loved it. We both agreed that the different flavors all came together very well. It was very simple to make too! Thank you to the original poster for sharing the recipe!

this is the best alfredo I've every had. I used 1/8 cup butter & olive oil, used half & half instead of cream, and spiced up with crushed red pepper and a lot of black pepper. Yummy!

I really enjoyed this recipe and will make it again, but my bf gave this a 3.5 because (due to what I'm sure was a user error) the sauce came out thin. I hope to make this again soon and ammend this and upgrade it to a four. Thanks for a quick and yummy dinner idea :)

I made this for my family and used chicken in place of shrimp for them but used shrimp for myself. It was excellent all around. We did omit the mushrooms because no one in my family eats mushrooms. Will make again.

Absolutely delicious. I didn't change a thing, except add lots of cayenne pepper, because we like it spicy. I used 2 tablespoons. It was delicious.

Very good! I would cut the cayenne pepper to 1/2 teaspoon. I love spicy, however, it was a bit too hot for even my taste buds.
