I didn't have the red pepper but used green pepper instead. I didn't have the mushrooms either. I used milk instead of cream and it was a big hit! I will use this recipe again. Thanks!

Extremely easy and delicious recipe. My boyfriend enjoyed it and devoured the leftovers the next day. I used light cream instead and decreased the butter a little bit to lower the calories. Also, after plating, we topped it off with a little crushed red pepper for an added kick. Definitely recommended for those who like a little extra spice.

Super easy recipe. My family enjoyed it and my husband said it was "simply delicious"! I added skim milk instead of the cream, I used red pepper flakes instead of the red pepper(didnt have any in fridge). This became a family favorite right away! Thank you!

Wonderful recipe and so easy. My husband loved it, he said it tasted like something the Olive Garden would make. He's already asking when I plan on making it again. I only cnanged a couple of things - I omitted the cayenne pepper and added 1 cup of cream.

This recipe is so easy and great! I omitted the bell peppers and onions since I do not care for those. I even added crawfish with the shrimp. I had an italian blend cheese and added that instead of just the romano and it was delish. Thanks!

This dish is incredible! Very easy to make. I didn't have romano cheese so I just used some that I had already and it still turned out great, I also added some pepper flakes for an extra kick.

WOW! This was really tasty. I made it for dinner last night and we loved it. The only changes I made was to use fettucini instead of penne pasta and I used only 1/2 t. of cayenne pepper because I was afried 1 t. would be too much. Will be making this again.

SOOOO fattening and bad for you but SOOO good!!! My boyfriend LOVED this dish, which is excellent since he is a picky eater. A pretty simple recipe but it makes an impressive dish. Definitely a keeper :)

Wow this was soo good! I added a splash of milk instead of the cream and used roasted red peppers because I didn't have a red pepper and used a whole container of fresh mushrooms. It had a little spicyness from the cayenne pepper. So good will def. make again and again. Thanks
