Pretty good flavor! I should have put the shrimp in last because they were not tender at all. I substituted Parmesan for the Romano cheese and it was still yummy. I would make this again.

I used chicken instead and Halved the amounts of Mushrooms Onion and Bell pepper. I must say this recipe was by far my favorite recipe ever! The flavors are amazing. This recipe could quite possibly be the best Alfredo Dish to DATE.

I made this with homemade Alfredo sauce (a recipe I found on allrecipes). It came out to be VERY good. A little more garlic would have satisfied my palate.

Excellent recipe, substituted milk for cream & scallops for shrimp and turned out amazing, dont skip the cayenne spice, it completely adds a perfect nip, I also added 1/2 a diced tomato for a slightly tinted color and flavor. Either way this is a no fail recipe, you will not be disappointed!

My 13 year old son made this tonight and the only changes he made were: Used 1/8 tsp. cayene pepper, used corkscrew pasta, used grated Romano and Parmesan cheese and added fresh spinach to the sauce right before he added the pasta. Delicious!!!

Very nice! Used extra garlic and less red pepper. (personal taste) I had less shrimp than called for so I added more mushrooms. Next time I will add scallops as suggested. Yummy.

I used sundried tomato alfredo sauce and a blend of parmesan, romano, and asiago cheeses. I also cut the cayenne in half and added a little extra cream and cheese. It was absolutely delicious. I wanted an Olive Garden type dinner without having to go out and got just that.

My husband & friends liked this, but I think it tastes like shrimp with Alfredo sauce from a jar. It's a great concept, so I will try to work out a 'real' version, not one from a jar. And, no, I didn't buy cheap sauce, used a good brand. Not a fan....

This is one of our favorite recipes. It's even good without the shrimp! Only one change, 1 tsp. cayenne is too much for us--I only use 1/4 tsp. I use Classico 4 cheese alfredo sauce. Absolutely deeeelicious!

I didn't have the red pepper but used green pepper instead. I didn't have the mushrooms either. I used milk instead of cream and it was a big hit! I will use this recipe again. Thanks!

Extremely easy and delicious recipe. My boyfriend enjoyed it and devoured the leftovers the next day. I used light cream instead and decreased the butter a little bit to lower the calories. Also, after plating, we topped it off with a little crushed red pepper for an added kick. Definitely recommended for those who like a little extra spice.

Super easy recipe. My family enjoyed it and my husband said it was "simply delicious"! I added skim milk instead of the cream, I used red pepper flakes instead of the red pepper(didnt have any in fridge). This became a family favorite right away! Thank you!
