This was okay, just not too exciting - it tasted like cod with salsa and peppers on it. I did sprinkle a little thyme and oregano on the fish, but something else was missing. Also, if I were to make this again, I would probably finely chop the peppers instead, as they seemed to take longer than the cod to cook to the desired level. That way the peppers would be cooked without cooking the cod too long and drying it out. Very healthy meal, though! Thanks for sharing!

This was totally tasteless. I used cod with my favorite salsa, seasoned with garlic pepper and even added mushrooms and asparagus on top of the bell peppers which ended up being the only saving grace.

This was an excellent surprise. We used medium salsa, and it added a nice zip to the fish. Recommended.

This was a good combination of flavors and helped make a fairly bland fish delicious (I used haddock.)I cooked it in a saute pan since I was in a hurry so it fell apart, but after sauteing the fish in a combo of canola oil and margarine, I removed the fish, kept it warm, and sauteed some green pepper, added some salsa and then added a little orange juice. I didn't know how that combo would work, but the o.j. cut the acidity of the tomatoes in the salsa. Good, low fat recipe. Thanks!
