Really, really good. I used a poblano pepper instead of a green bell pepper and flank steak. Wonderful for lunch or simple supper. A keeper for sure!

I would have never thought to spread margarine on the bread in place of mayo. This was sooo good! I seasoned steak with steak seasoning and sprinkled a lil bit of garlic powder on the buttered bread. This is a definite keeper!!

PHENOMENAL! Use a good cut of meat and there will be no need for elaborate seasoning. Juse use salt & pepper. Toasting the rolls with a little bit of butter flavored cooking spray and some garlic powder eliminated the need for the butter and still added a punch of flavor.

Real easy to make. I did add a fajita mix to this for added flavor.

These were very good, even served cold (packed for a working lunch). The recipe makes enough for four huge sandwiches, so be sure to get big rolls.
