This is very easy and tasty. I used pita bread but think it would be better rolled up in a tortilla. Reheats well in the microwave.

This is great! I used half roasted pepper and half red bell pepper and added a little more garlic to the dressing.

This mixture tastes great! We used fresh sweet red pepper and no garlic, and it still tasted terrific! Also instead of pita pockets we used tortilla wraps to make pockets. Still tasted great!

Great lunch! The garlic dressing is really nice. I spread it inside the pita's instead of drizzling it over. Will use the dressing for other things too (as we have some left over!) The Pork is great w/ the dressing and the pepper. Overall a really nice lunch.

This was awesome. My kids were a little leary at first. But in the end it was a huge hit. My husband couldn't get enough. The spice from the pork and the sweetness from the garlic mayo was off the hook. I also added a little lemon juice to the dressing to give it that tartness. I will def make again.

We make these fairly often because they are sooo easy to make and they are delicious! We warm the pita bread in the oven and then just put the filling on the bread and fold it like a taco to eat it. The aioli (garlic mayo) makes this taste divine!
