This is sooo delicious! I was too busy running around the house to try this one night so I chopped everything up and had my boyfriend put it all together---that's how easy this was. HE did it :) I will be making this again this Sunday for about 12-14 people. So easy, so quick and delish. Will become a regular dish in my house!

I loved this with sweet italian sausage and love it as leftovers, too, I only wish it was a little thicker.

This came very good. I love Vodka sauce, and spicy foods. So this was perfect for me. We also added some chicken, and everyone ate it up!

Delicious, and so easy! I only spent about $7 on the ingredients (already had oil, red pepper, vodka, parsley from the garden, and Parmesan cheese), so it's also really inexpensive! A+

This is really really good. I used fat free half n half and it worked just fine, although I'm sure cream would make it more decadent. I also used angel hair for pasta and it was great.

Love this recipe, i also added some chicken breast cut up and rubbed in one of my personal rubs. Sauce was hearty and flavorful, this has become one our most romatic meals!

Amazing!! My husband, toddler, and myself loved this. Made a half recipe for us 3. Wanted to make a veggie version, so omitted the sausage. Added 1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms at the point it has to simmer for 15 min. and added 1.5 cup chopped fresh spinach at the end right before adding pasta, stirred until wilted. Really great. Toddler gobbled it up and had seconds!

I wish I could give this recipe 25 stars!! I didn't have any vodka, so I didn't use any and I prefer basil to parsley so I used that instead. Otherwise, I followed the directions and it has incredible flavor! I will make this again and again! Thanks for the recipe.

I've made this for so many years and people and they all love it and ask for the recipe! When I make it I normally buy the italian seasoned crushed tomatoes in a can and its best (in my opinion) to use sweet italian sausage (chicken sausage is even better!). Be careful with the red pepper flakes because that is what makes it mild, hot or extreme! This is a keeper!

Yummy! My husband and I have very different palettes and we both loved it. I added a little more red pepper flakes and more sausage but we followed everything else in the recipe. Loved it!

I made this tonight for my husband and family and it was a hit! My 6 year old said it was delicious. My husband doesn't like tomato cream sauces, but he went back for thirds with this recipe! I substituted sweet turkey sausage and it came out great. I plan on making it for an upcoming party this weekend.

This is a good compromise dish for us, in that I love a cream sauce and the rest of the family likes a red sauce. It's not something we have often, but it get's solid good marks when we do have.
