This was very good. There are some things that I didn't like about it, though. I had cut way back on the amount of pasta and it was still too much. I wouldn't cook this again for myself and the kids, it doesn't reheat real well. If I'm having company, though...!

This was really fresh and yummy. I added about half a bag of baby spinach to the sausage and allowed to wilt down to sneak in some veggies. Turned out fantastic!

Absolutely fantastic -- I fantasize about this dinner sometimes and personally, I think it's better than most restaurants' versions.

OMG amazing! No vodka sauce can be made correctly without a little pancetta so I cooked about 7 slices before adding 2 small links of hot italian sausage. I followed the rest of the recipe as is except I added a little extra cream and vodka as I like more sauce in my pasta. I also added a few sprinkles of parm cheese while cooking in the last leg. Came out amazing! A+ recipe thanks!

Excellent! I have made this many times and it is always really good. Grate fresh parmesan and ramano cheese on top and it is perfect.

By far one of the best Vodka sauces I have ever tasted! We like things a bit spicy in our house, so I always use hot sausage. It's a staple in our kitchen!

This was good. Needed to doctor up a bit. Did not use the pepper flakes but added some Rotel tomatoes. Gave it a nice pop.

This recipe was awesome!! but I made some small changes. i'm picky with sausage, so I used lean turkey kielbasa instead of italian sausage. I also doubled the vodka amount. I cooked for me and my boyfriend and he loved it to. I will be cooking this again.

This is SO good! The only change I made was using half and half. It wasn't too spicy. I think next time I'll decrease the oil since the sausage adds enough.

This was great. The only change I made to this was to add some tomato sauce with the vodka/cream to sweeten the base a little while keeping the tomato taste. Will make again, but with a little less pasta, as I was full after a half serving of this. A+ recipe.

I thought this recipe was pretty good. I liked the concept, but found it to be a little bland. We even added sauteed spinach and mushrooms, added extra spice and freshly grated parmesan cheese to garnish along with parsley. It was definitely a good dish, but I might have to find some other way to kick it up.
