This recipe was super easy to prepare. I used small shells instead of penne, and cooked them just short of being al-dente. I also used frozen shrimp, which ended up making my tomato, onion, garlic, wine sauce watery. However, that was resolved by putting the pasta in the pan with the sauce mix for a few minutes and tossing/simmering the whole lot.
I will use this recipe again, but will probably add some broccoli florets for color, and maybe some basil for additional flavor.
