This is a good recipe, but as others have noted, can be a little bland if you don't spruce it up somehow. Last night I used scallops instead of chicken, in addition adding lemon juice, pine nuts, and a little half-and-half to the sauce at the end. Rice can also be substituted for pasta, although that begins to be a whole different recipe... In any case, great way to keep the recipe light and healthy; and the scallops really work well with the lightness of the dish.
