Loved it! I had no green pepper, so I used mild green chilis instead. Also, I had sliced salami so I just layered the salami slices and cut it into cubes. Worked fine. This dish is very flavorful and delicious. You can save a dirty casserole dish by scooping out a serving, sprinkle the cheese on top, and microwave. Highly recommend.

Very nice. Quick and easy, as well. I meant to add some zucchini we had but I completely forgot about it until it was in the oven already. I added canned mushrooms for the bf and since I had sliced, not shredded, cheddar cheese, I just cubed it. Perhaps I'm just a die hard mozzarella fan, but the cheddar was jarring to me in this. Otherwise, quick and easy, so perhaps next time I'd do all mozz or do a combo with parmesan instead. Thanks for the recipe!

I used frozen peppers and onions that were already cut up, that saved me some time. We also added some grated parmesan and romano after we plated the pasta. This was a very easy recipe. I will be adding this to our family's meal rotation. Thanks for sharing!

I LOVE this recipe. I agree with the other reviewer that the ingredients did seem odd at first, but they certainly complimented each other in this dish. Great for when you have those left over cold cuts too. I am trying ham instead of salami this time, but the salami was awesome. This is my first time reviewing and I have used plenty of recipes from this terrific site. This one motivated me. THANK YOU.

Excellent recipe. It was quick and easy to make and a hit with the family. I used a few extra olives because they're wildly popular at my house, and sprinkled some Italian breadcrumbs on top. A nice combination of flavors. I'll definitely make this one again.

I loved this pasta as did my parents, one of which doesn't like pasta that much. One piece of advice when making this meal is to cut up all the peppers and onions ahead of time. It will take much longer than the predicted cooking time if not. I doubled the recipe thinking it wasn't going to be enough to feed 3. I was wrong, there would have been plenty. Pasta had awesome flavor!!
