The pecan tarts were tasty. They would go very well with coffee. The outer crust was a little dry. I would recommend when "pressing into the bottom and up the sides" of the mini-muffin tray make sure to make the crust as thin as possible to cut down on the "dryness". Also, instead of greasing a mini-muffin tray, I recommend using paper mini-muffin baking cups (1 3/4 in.). No grease or PAM spray necessary!
