Other than having trouble getting the cake to come out of the pan (maybe because I only greased it and didn't flour it), this cake was superb! Easy to make, didn't use as much butter as some other pound cake recipes and wonderful taste. Everyone at work loved it. :)
It was my first time trying to bake with ground pecans instead of flour and a coworker I aksed had only used it IN ADDITION TO and not INSTEAD OF flour, but it worked out beautifully (I had used only 1/2 cup because I was afraid it may not work...)!
