This is the BEST! I love Starbucks pumpkin scones, but this is better. So light and fluffy. I used an orange glaze instead of butter. I used sweet potato instead of pumpkin and it was incredible, YUMMY!

I Finally found the right pumpkin biscuit. The toasted pecans made this extra yummy. My husband and all 4 of my kids loved them. Even the picky eater. I did not have the half and half so I substituted buttermilk and in place of the sugar I used 2T brown sugar and 1T sugar. These are really good served with honeybutter.

Wow, this dough is very delicate and sticky, but aromatic! I had to use alot of extra flour to get to a good consistency to handle. Next time I will chill the dough for at least an hour to see if this makes a difference. Also I rolled the dough to thin (1/4"), so only cooked @375 for 20 mins. These biscuits do taste good. I will try them again.

These were really good. I added, but did not toast the pecans. I doubled the recipe to freeze some and that worked well.

I followed the recipe exactly, and got a great result. I ate one right when they came out of the oven with butter and honey. Delicious. I think they would be great with a honey butter or maple butter. Thanks, Connie!

I used homemade pureed pumpkin from my garden. By the time I had added everything, it didnt look like it needed milk (I didnt have any half/half) but I added a tablespoon of 1% milk at a time (I needed only two tablespoons) and it sufficed. I also used Splenda instead of regular sugar. I didnt add pecans. It tasted great, my husband and daughter loved them.

These biscuits are so yummy. I didn't have pecans so used toasted walnuts. Very good. I will be making them again tomorrow with the pecans. Can hardly wait. All reviews state how good they are with the pecans.

I accidentally burned my pecans while toasting and went ahead without them, and the biscuits were still amazing! They just needed a little extra flour, I guess because of the lack of nuts.
