These cookies turned out great! They reminded me of my own mother's icebox cookies. The next time I make them, I will omit the cinnamon since I think prefer the cookie without it. I cooked them for 13 minutes as I wanted them more on the crisp side. This recipe made a lot, about 5 dozen. Thank you for this receipe!!
