Peanut Butter Logs

I haven't met anyone yet, particularly men, who don't love these. Fairly simple and no bake. However, they do not freeze well, the crisp rice cereal will become soggy. After dipping the logs in glaze, consider rolling them in chopped walnuts or grated coconut.

This is the most amazing pecan pie. Once you start eating it you can't stop.

Folks always expect to find these tender nutty logs on the cookie gift trays I give at Christmas. They're not overly sweet and go great with a steaming cup of coffee or tea.

Not to be confused with a ladylike pastry, this party hearty cake is ready to rumble! Fragrant with vanilla and nutmeg, and loaded with brown sugar and pecans, this cake is further fortified with hefty rounds of bourbon.

Pecans are cooked in a sugar syrup then dropped by spoonfuls onto baking sheets to set.
