This Is The Bomb! You can dress up or down this recipe. It is going in my hand written recipe book. I added 2 slices of cooked ham chopped into little bites.

Very easy, yummy soup (good with just a salad and some crusty bread). I did make some changes - more garlic, a couple bouillon cubes, and half a pound of kielbasa left in the fridge.

I am sorry to say that I didn't like this soup at all. I ended up throwing it away because no one would eat it. I don't know exactly why, it just didn't come together at all.

This is pretty yummy and certainly cheap. I added a leek I had on hand and a pinch of sugar and tomato paste I had on hand to thicken it up a bit. I also used canned beans. Very good; a ministrone-type taste.
