Good! I used fresh mushrooms and just salted and peppered to taste. Nice recipe, thanks!

Skipped the mushrooms due to personal preference. It was a great way yo spice up plain old frozen peas which is exactly whatr I was looking for.

This was a nice change from just plain old peas, but a little bland. I made it simpler by just dumping the frozen peas in the pan after the mushrooms, onions and almonds had been sauteed for a bit, then basically stir frying the whole thing until it was hot. I think if I make them again I will add some more spices, garlic or something to give it a little more zip.

Quick and easy. I followed recipe using fresh sliced mushrooms and it came out great. Excellent side dish that gives some extra flavor to frozen peas that are not very exciting if served alone.

MMMMmmmm, tasty. I didn't have onions or mushrooms, so it really was just toasted almonds in butter with frozen peas. I added basil, salt & pepper. It was good enough for us!

This was a terrific side dish. DH loved this and had two helpings. The almonds were addictive, we couldn't stop eating them! Don't use canned peas like I did, they were mushy and this dish would have been much better if my peas had been tender-crisp instead.

This recipe was easy to make and very very delicious. All of the ingredients gave the peas a unique taste. I definitely will make this side dish again.
