Pear Crumble

SUBMITTED BY: Kezia Sullivan

"ORIGINALLY a pear crumble pie, I shortened this to a crumble when I often was too short of time to make a pie crust. I've also found canned pears work as well as fresh, so that makes it even easier to prepare. -Kezia Sullivan, Sackets Harbor, New York"

Very yummy but very sweet. I tried it with brown sugar instead of white and used a little bit less than called for.

Loved this recipe, I did change it to the following: I had 3 pears that needed eating along with 2 small papayas. I added these with 1 tsp cinamon and ginger only. It was great!! thank you for the idea you created.
